Not every sewer job is a straightforward dig in the backyard. Some of them put you in a tight, dark crawl space with a shovel, a work light, and just enough room to get the job done. That's exactly what Mike and Travis walked into on this one.

Here's what we were working with - a low-clearance crawl space with failing sewer lines that needed to be dug out and replaced. No shortcuts, no room to move fast. Travis had to hand-dig the excavation beneath the floor joists just to get down to the problem. That kind of job demands patience and precision, because one wrong move in a confined space can create a much bigger mess.

Once the old pipe was out, the new PVC drain assembly went in - properly fitted, correctly pitched, and tied into the existing system. You don't get second chances on a sewer repipe in a spot like this. Everything has to be right before the dirt goes back.

We handle the full scope of sewer work - drain cleaning and rodding, camera inspections to find the problem before we ever break ground, repairs, repipes, and full replacements. The camera inspection piece matters a lot. Knowing exactly what's wrong and where it is before we start digging saves time and keeps costs down for the homeowner.

Jobs like this one aren't glamorous, but they're the kind of work that protects a home from serious long-term damage. A failed sewer line under a crawl space won't fix itself. Our guys do this work every day, and they do it right.
