When a customer calls you back for a second job, that says more than any review ever could. Mike knocked out an ice machine installation for a client we had already helped with their tankless water heater setup - and walking back into a space we had already worked in felt good. The trust was already there.
Here's what we were working with: a Manitowoc undercounter ice machine that needed a proper water supply line, a dedicated drain, and a filtration setup to protect the unit long-term. Nothing was rushed. The supply connection runs through a braided stainless flex line with a proper shutoff, and the drain ties in cleanly through PVC with the right air gap built in. That's not optional - that's code, and it matters for a machine like this.
The dual Navien tankless units we installed previously are still running strong right alongside it. Both ENERGY STAR certified, both plumbed with copper and sized to handle the demand of this home without running out of hot water. Seeing our work holding up exactly as it should - that's the part we don't take lightly.
What we do with residential plumbing isn't just about getting water from point A to point B. It's about doing it in a way that holds up, stays clean, and doesn't cause headaches down the road. That goes for a tankless install just as much as it does for an ice machine hookup. Every connection matters.
Repeat customers are the best kind of feedback we can get. It means the first job was done right - and that's the standard we hold every single time we show up.
